PathToSolid is a software platform in development that converts additive manufacturing toolpath data into solid geometry for engineering workflows. The resulting geometry is intended for CAD inspection, dimensional review, simulation preparation, and validation of as-printed parts.

Convert additive manufacturing toolpath data into solid geometry representing the as-printed part. PathToSolid reconstructs geometry from the toolpaths, making it available for engineering review without relying solely on machine-specific toolpath visualization.
CAD Inspection & Geometry Review
Bring generated solid geometry into standard CAD environments for dimensional inspection, cross-section analysis, geometry review, and comparison against the nominal design. Examine the as-printed geometry rather than relying solely on the original CAD model.
Simulation Model Preparation
